This image of a door jam in the Bowery section of New York City was taken in 1999 while I was on a power Peralta tour of the East Coast with Tony Hawk me and Tony hadn't been to New York yet ,so we took the team van across the Brooklyn Bridge and came straight down into the Bowery section. The first thing we saw was the famous rock 'n' roll club CBGB's. Me and Tony took a walk around the neighborhood and we came across this door jam that said “white boy no rhythm”. I figured this is all the brothers in the neighborhood not feeling the punk rock vibe down the street.!!
